Congratulations on booking a virtual book tour. We are so happy to have you on board and are here to walk you through every step.


Please be sure to read this to the end as there will be files that you will need to download to help you along the way.





Here is what I will need from you to get started organizing your tour. Please email the following in a .doc format to vbtcafe@gmail.com:

Author Bio
Book Genre
Book Synopsis

Publisher

Release Date
Excerpts (2 mininmum, one 300-500 words, second 500-800 or so words)
PDF (for reviewers)
Author Links - Website | Blog | Facebook | Twitter | Goodreads | Linkedin | Amazon Page etc.
Amazon or Barnes and Noble Purchase Links (wherever you would like readers to buy your book from)
Giveaway Details - if you're offering a giveaway, please include the details (number of ebooks, paperbacks, amount of gift cards, etc)

Download our Author Tips & Tricks for a Successful Tour below - A Proven To Work Blueprint for your tour success, Please be sure to read it over.
Download our General Guest Blog Topics for Tours - gives you a list of topics to prepare for your guest blogging tour stops.

Once I receive your information,  I will look over the material and begin to organize your Virtual Book Tour.  Once I have the schedule and all other information set,  I will email you.  You will be required to send in your posts to me to forward to the hosting blogs 5-7 days prior to your scheduled appearance.  


Please be sure to elaborate on your interviews and guest posts,  giving as much information as possible.   Always portray yourself professionally.  Your book is now your business,  and we want to help you increase your sales as best we can, but this requires effort on your part too. We cannot promise sales, but if you follow our blueprint, you should see sales from your tour.

If you are being teamed with our publicity coach, Tina-Sue will be in touch with you via email in the next day or so and you will be required to sign a contract.
